According to communication with client, we learn that the client have simple shell powder conveyor feeder and grinding machine. Now they need equip the vibrating screen separator machines for improving shell powder sieving capacity and efficiency. So we recommend the client choose screw feeder and dia 1500 tumbler screen with 2 layers to grade 80 mesh and 150 mesh. Then for finer than 150 mesh, we recommend the dia 1800mm tumbler screening machine with ultrasonic system and 425 mesh to grade. Because the ultrasonic system have good cleaning mesh effect and especially for fine flour.
