Tumbler Screening Machine working Principle
The basic rotary motion of the tumbler screening machine is similar to that of manual screening. Rocking screens rely on radial, tangential and eccentric directional motion to rotate particles in small circles on the screen surface. The combination of the three directional forces forms an ellipse. The material remains in contact with the screen surface rather than rising, with a horizontal scrolling effect. The material moves across the screen surface in an elliptical fashion. As the material tumbles on the screen, as the contact time with the screen increases, the probability that it will fall through the screen increases. The equipment sets three control variables mechanically to achieve the optimal screening effect.
