Linear vibro sifter is a wide application of powder grading or impurity removing vibrating sifter machine. It uses motor as the vibration source, making materials be tossed and move forward in a straight line on the sieve screen. Desiccants is very usual in our life. Montmorillonite is one of the commonly used materials. It is mainly composed of natural montmorillonite mineral raw materials. How to choose the suitable vibro sifter? Let’s take our client as a example. Their purpose is to classify the granulated and dried montmorillonite. The mesh size is 0.5mm, 1mm, and 4mm. The expected processing capacity is 1t/h and the specific gravity is 2kg/m³. The sifting purpose is to divide the montmorillonite into the following sizes of 0.5-1mm and 1-4mm for packaging, beside this, removing the fine powder below 0.5mm, and return a small part of the montmorillonite above 4mm to granulation.
According to the client demand, we recommend the customer to use the RZX1020 linear vibrating screen with 3 layer sifter mesh. The 4mm sifter mesh use steel mesh frame and manganese steel woven mesh. The other 2 layers use stainless steel woven mesh. Consider the capacity, we advise the incline angle 5 degree of linear vibro sifter. It is more convenient for discharging and reducing the clogging.
