Dewatering Screen working principle
When the two vibration motors installed on the screen body rotate, the eccentric blocks at both ends of the vibration motors make them generate rated exciting force. The excitation forces generated in the lateral direction cancel each other, and the longitudinal excitation force is transmitted to the screen surface through the vibrating body, so that the mud on the screen surface is subjected to the excitation force and moves parabolically toward the discharge port on the screen surface. The material smaller than the screen hole enters the next process through the screen, and the material on the screen is discharged through the discharge port. The whole screening process is reasonable, and it can also complete the screening of materials similar to coal slime.
