For the powder sieving machine, If the screen mesh is less than 200 mesh, we advise the client to use bouncing ball(rubber bouncing ball or silica gel bouncing ball) which located under the screen of each layer and hits the screen by frequency vibration to solve mesh blocking. The material on screen surface can be screened smoothly without clogging. According to different sieve mesh, the material will correspondingly be discharging from different outlets and further to achieve the material grading. When sieve mesh is beyond 200 mesh, ultrasonic system is mounted on the grading sieve to solve the clogging by making sieve mesh second vibration.
