Unpack the Vibrating sieve machine: Carefully remove all the components from the packaging and check that all the parts are present Compare with packing list. Check the packing list of the circular vibrating screen machine, especially for the small parts like spring, screws and nuts etc.
Install the vibrating motor: Place the vertical vibrating motor on the base plate of the vibrating screen machine and secure it with bolts.
Install the support springs: Attach the springs to the screen frame and the base plate of the sieve machine. Adjust the tension of the springs as needed to achieve the desired screening performance.
Install the screen frame: Place the screen frame on top of the motor and align the mounting holes. Secure the screen frame to the motor with bolts.
Install the screen mesh: Place the screen mesh on the screen frame and ensure that it is tight and secure. Use clamps to hold the screen mesh in place.
Install the rubber balls: Place the rubber balls on the screen mesh and ensure that they are evenly distributed. Adjust the quantity and size of the rubber balls as needed to achieve the desired cleaning performance.
Connect the power: Connect the power cord to the machine and plug it into an electrical outlet. Turn on the vibrating sifter machine and test it to ensure that it is operating properly.
