Graphite Pieces Sieving Rotary Vibratory Sifter

Graphite Pieces can be processed battery material. During the course, the sieving and classifying of the graphite powder material is necessary. One of our client would like to a vibratory sifter to classifying different size graphite pieces. They demand the capacity is 500kg/h. There are three different size 120mesh, 150 mesh and 200 mesh. The tumbler screening machine and circular vibratory sifter all can apply for the graphite pieces sieving. Considering the commercial cost and According to client demand, we recommend the following solution:

Because 120 mesh and 150 mesh is not easy to block the mesh hole, but 200 mesh fineness will block the mesh during the sieving process, so in order to avoid this situation and increase the graphite pieces sieving efficiency, we recommend client to use ultrasonic clearing devices for 200 mesh screen, easy to clean screen. Due to vibratory sifter dia is 1800mm, so it need to equip with two set ultrasonic system to meet the cleaning demand. Finally, when our client began using the ultrasonic type circular vibratory sifter machine, the graphite pieces sieving got a good results. Greatly increase the graphite powder sieving capacity and accuracy.
